despite several attempts I have not received any results as to what happy to the food that neither of my cats would even go near despite this being a favourite of theirs the product looked awful with mostly sloppy jelly it looked revolting

Having been buying this food for quite sometime I haven’t been completely satisfied with my recent purchase. The ratio of jelly to meat has changed significantly, I’d say 80:20 at best, it also has a different smell, it smells much sweeter than normal. My cat has eaten it without fuss but as the person paying for the food I’d say that the standard has dropped.

Again like the cod it depends on the batch and their mood if my cats will eat this.
