The food is the same as always and I don’t have any issues with the Purina side of the service but I wish they would change the courier because they keep leaving it outside on top of my wheely bin in the rain. They don’t knock and leave it outside in the pouring rain for the box to go all soggy and because the box is blue all the dye got all over me. The product inside was fine though so no worries there. 

Excellent product, quality ingredients and grain-free. Very well liked by my three cats and easily digestible. I like being able to buy individual flavours, chicken being one of their favourites. No artificial flavourings and a pleasant texture and aroma. Packaged securely and very quick delivery. First-class all-round.

I’d ordered some food but it never arrived. I contacted Customer Services and Tracy sorted it out for me and the replacement order arrived in the next 2-3days. I was/am  pleased with the way it was dealt with.

It’s great that you can order just one flavour as my cat is very particular. It has to be chicken and only in jelly. Always excellent service with good delivery time. Very reasonably priced, so very happy to order from Purina when I need to.

This is the only food one of my cats will eat he is very fussy tried every food on the market from the cheapest to the dearest bit this is the only says it all

I have used this online service many times now. The delivery time was good but three times in a row the delivery driver has just left the box outside on my wheely bin. Didn’t even knock and I was in all three times. This last delivery he/she left it on the bin in the pouring rain and the box had gotten all soggy and the blue dye off the box all ran so when I picked it up it got all over my hands and the box fell apart. Not the end of the world but not great either. The food pouches were ok because they are plastic but If he had just knocked on the door I would’ve taken it in. 

This was my 3rd order. I have left a previous review detailing how excellent the concept and process is, just on this occasion the delivery was delayed, once it was delivered by EVRI l did not get a delivered message. I had gone to the store as l had run low on cat food so ended up buying packs with flavours my cats do not eat. Also, when the box is left out in the rain the blue dye runs so be aware.

Same with the chicken sometimes the cats will eat the chicken depending on the batch. Sometimes get half way through the box and the will then refuse to eat any more. It’s frustrating!
