The Purina Direct website (direct.purina.co.uk) site will close on Sunday 31st May 2026. After this date, you will no longer be able to access the site or your account.

We announced this closure to our customers via email at 9am on Monday 13th April 2026. The communication was also made public on our website from the above date. 

We made the decision to close the Purina Direct website as we do not have enough demand to continue offering the Pick & Mix service. While this was a difficult decision, many of the same Gourmet and Felix flavours can be found in multi-packs available through our retail partners, online and in store.

Currently, we’re unable to offer a like‑for‑like Pick & Mix service. However, many of the same Gourmet and Felix flavours are available in multi-packs sold by our retail partners, both online and in store.

Please use our Purina UK Product Finder to locate where you can buy your Felix and Gourmet pet food.

For clarification, only the Purina Direct (direct.purina.co.uk) website is closing.

The Purina ProPlan Shop (shop.purina.co.uk) remains open, and you can continue to shop your favourite PRO PLAN Dog & Cat, BETA and Dentalife products as normal. Our Purina Breeder Connect (breeders.purina.co.uk) remains open, you can continue to access this website as normal.

You will still be able to place onetime orders on Purina Direct until our final order date of Monday 25th May 2026 (until 23:59). After this time, checkout will be disabled.

Yes. All orders placed before the final order deadline of 23:59 on Monday 25th May 2026 will be delivered as normal. If any issue arises, our support team will assist you.

Yes, you will still be able to log into your account until Sunday 31st May 2026 to view your order history and download invoices. After this date you will not be able to access your account.

All Purina Direct box and bundle subscriptions are ending as part of the website closure.

• New subscriptions have already been suspended, and existing subscriptions will be cancelled.

• No further subscription payments will be taken.

• Purina Direct will allow one week to fulfil subscription orders which fall within the period of 13/04/26 - 20/04/26. After this date, all further renewals or deliveries will automatically be cancelled.

• Any prepaid but undelivered items after 20th April 2026 will be refunded.

You may still place onetime orders on direct.purina.co.uk until the final order deadline of 23:59 on Monday 25th May 2026.

No. All new subscriptions have been frozen.

If you have outstanding Loyalty Points in your account, you will be able to redeem any unused loyalty points until our Loyalty points deadline of 23:59 on Monday 25th May 2026, which is also our last order date.

After the points deadline specified above, unused points will expire.

To view how many loyalty points you have left, please access My Account. Your outstanding points balance will have also been communicated to you via email.

No, from Monday 13th April 2026 no new Loyalty Points (Purina Points) will be accumulated on any orders.

Your personal data will continue to be handled in line with applicable data protection laws. Following the closure of the Purina Direct website, we will retain your data only for as long as necessary for legitimate purposes, such as fulfilling orders, processing refunds, handling customer queries, and meeting legal, accounting, or regulatory requirements.
