Ive been testing out the Purina Pro Plan Live Clear cat food which is allergen reducing, as part of the Insiders product trial. And I have to say ... my cat cannot get enough of it! So nice to see him enjoying his food 😊 I dont think i will be able to change back! #LiveClearInsiders

This cat food is definitely helping our household with our cat allergy problems. After 3 weeks of using we have definitely noticed a lessening in our allergic reactions to our dear cat. We are able to cuddle him more, which he is loving. I think it’s worth paying more for this food due to the benefit it gives. 

Buffy is not very keen on dried food and often ignored the food over wet food pouches but I decided to try this one. She could not get enough of it. Since she’s been eating it her occasional sickness has also gone away. We have switched permanently to this dried food and have never looked back. 

My cat is loving this food! He can be picky about what he eats sometimes so i was worried about weaning him onto it but he has been wolfing it down and its so lovely to see him really enjoying his food! I havent noticed a huge amount of difference in regards to allergies but my sister seems to be sneezing slightly less. I have noticed that my cat seems to have more dandruff and he is sleeping a lot more, but this might be because of the hot weather and not necessarily food related! Either way, its a big thumbs up from me!

Quick delivery meant I began introducing the cat food in to our cats diet 3 weeks ago. I waited till now to complete my review so I could reliably compare to the 47% reduction in allergens over 3 weeks, a statement made by Purina. Do i support this statement? YES! Our cat loves this cat food and I have noticed that my brother and my parents are not as affected by the cat even if he cleans himself by them. I reduced cleaning to see what the worst reactions were. Initial reactions were, watering eyes which became red and itchy, along with annoying coughs, runny noses and irritated skin; now after only 3 weeks their symptoms are non existent. Usually after stroking our cat, my parents and my brother would immediately wash their hands to prevent the spread of allergens but now they wash them when they get a minute or if its essential. I think this speaks volumes for 10 years of research into an allergen reducing cat food. The cat food which was salmon flavoured comes in the standard Purina ProPlan packaging with serving sizes printed on the packaging to ensure the correct serving size were given. A plastic scoop was also provided to help with serving sizes. Personally I really did not like the plastic scoop as it was very flimsy, easily manipulated and could easily fall apart, instead I opted for a cheap set of scales to measure the cat food in to. This option of serving that I used, enabled me to break up the serving sizes easily throughout the day to ensure he did not become bloated and uncomfortable; something we found in the beginning as our cat is greedy and tried to eat it all in one go. With the serving sizes spaced out throughout the day and receiving little treats now and then, our cat is so much more loving and verbal. He can explore the wider house and have cuddles without allergies flaring up. Furthermore his fur is healthier, shinier and softer to touch and he seems to have a new lease of energy. This cat food is revolutionary. I would DEFINITELY RECOMMEND

I was sceptical upon using thos thinking it wouldn't work. I'm very pleased to report thay it does work. My son has severe eczema and has bad allergies to my cat. Cat adores him but couldnt hold her for long. After 2 weeks of feeding this his allergies and dry skin on his hands started to ease up. Very pleased to announce they are now cuddling on the sofa . The cat loved the food too!

I have been using this product for about a month now and Reggie (my cat) loves it so much that he has been rejecting any attempt to give him any other dry food, including his usual favourite, Purina One! Allergen wise, I have found that the skin rashes that I get have improved, and my youngest son says that he thinks that his stuffy nose isn't as as bad either. One small negative for us is that with the kibbles being smaller than Reggie is used to, he tends to get hungry between feeds a bit quicker, but all in all, not a bad result! I would definitely buy again.

From the moment this food arrived poppy has loved it, my friend who has never been able to cuddle poppy because of cat alligy has actually now had a stroke and a cuddle without sneezing or itching this was after only 2 weeks of using, the biscuits are small and crunchy which poppy likes because if she doesn't she won't eat as she's very fussy. Would I continue to use definitely if the price came down.

I really suffer with itchy eyes and sneezing after stroking my cat or having her on my lap. After trying this, after a few weeks it has really helped. I don’t sneeze at all now and my eyes aren’t itchy. I was completely surprised! My cat seems to prefer this to her other cat food too and is quite fussy. It also fills her up so she doesn’t eat as much as she normally would.
