PURINA POINTS FAQS
You will be enrolled into our loyalty programme when you visit your My Account page and click on ‘OPT IN’ under the 'Your Rewards' section.
We recommend that you opt-into our email marketing to ensure you receive updates about your Purina Points
account and receive exclusive promotions and updates.
Purina Points
launched on the 27th July 2022 to customers on PURINA Direct. Orders made before this date are not eligible for reward points. Subscriptions (as part of Subscribe and Save) initiated before this date are not eligible for reward points (this includes recurring orders that are dispatched after this date, will not be eligible for reward points).
· Make a Purchase - You'll earn 7 points for every £1 spent
· Complete your Pet Profile - You'll earn 75 points for every Pet Profile completed (Maximum 4 Pet Profiles per account)
· Leave a Review - 50 points for every verified review
For every 500 Purina Points, you will earn £5 to spend on site.
Purina Points will not be issued for any shipping or delivery costs.
If you’re using a promotional code with your order, the Purina Points you earn will be based on your final order value once the promotional code has been applied.
Please note if we are unable to ship your order for any reason, then you will not earn Purina Points.
Account Credit cannot
be redeemed on any subscription payments.
If you’ve redeemed Loyalty credit on an order which you subsequently return, the credit will be reissued to your account.
If you’ve recently made an order, your Purina Points will update as soon as your full order has been shipped.
Your Purina Points will be valid for 365 days from the date they are credited to your account.
For every 500 Purina Points you earn, you’re eligible for £5 credit. To add credit to your account, login to your account, click view my points and rewards and convert your points into credit.
Your points will show as pending once your order has been dispatched and will be available to convert 15 days post dispatched.
Once you have enough points to convert to credit you will be able to do this here, you should do this before you would like to make an order.
When you're ready to spend, fill up your basket and head to the checkout - account credit will appear as a payment method.
You can save your credit for up to 60 days after you’ve converted it.
Expired credit cannot be reissued.
To opt-out of Purina Points, you’ll need to log into your Purina Direct account, scroll down to the ‘your rewards’ section and select ‘OPT OUT’.
When you opt-out of Purina Points, any points you have already converted to credit and not used, can be redeemed as normal. However, once you opt-out, you will not be able to convert your points to credit and your Purina Points section will not be displayed in the ‘my rewards’ section.
